We are seeking positive, motivated and brilliant staff to join us in a variety of roles for our Cambridge academic programs in summer 2025.
This is a great chance for you to gain invaluable experience working with young people from all over the world and develop key transferable skills for future employment. Many of our summer team members return each year because they enjoy the job so much and there is opportunity for future growth and development in more senior roles.
The Cambridge 2025 Summer Program Dates:
- Friday 4th July – Saturday 19th July 2025
- Friday 18th July – Saturday 2nd August 2025
- Friday 25th July – Saturday 9th August 2025
- Friday 1st August – Saturday 16th August 2025
Please note – there will be compulsory Induction Training in Cambridge during the Friday and Saturday of your first programme (these dates are shown above). Accommodation for these training days can be arranged if needed. If you have a graduation ceremony scheduled on these days we may be able make alternative arrangements for your on-boarding. Our Summer Team Structure

Summer Senior Leadership Team
The senior team is made up of highly motivated and experienced individuals from a variety of educational and professional backgrounds, who reside on site in Cambridge. They work together closely to ensure our programmes are run safely and successfully, whilst providing excellent leadership and guidance to both students and the wider Reach Cambridge team.

Program Director |
Directly involved and with overall responsibility for the smooth and successful running of the summer programme, and the welfare of all staff and students. |
Assistant Program Director |
Working alongside the Program Directors to support them with the smooth running of the programmes as well as specific key responsibilities as required. |
Program Dean |
Overseeing pastoral care of our students, resolving issues and offering guidance and advice where appropriate to both students and staff. |
Welfare Director |
Responsible for maintaining an overview of the welfare and medical needs of our students, ensuring they feel safe, well and supported at all times. |
Program Coordinator |
Providing leadership and training for a large team of Supervisors, coordinating logistics and overseeing the daily schedule and staffing. |
Summer Program Team
Usually made up of undergraduate students, our resident program staff work alongside a large team, and are crucial in providing hands-on support and ensuring the successful delivery of our programs.

Supervisors are the first port of call for our students day or night and have direct responsibility for a corridor or staircase at all times. |
Media & Communications Coordinator |
Responsible for capturing all of our fun in the sun and ensuring our social media and communications are always up to date. |
Office & Operations Coordinator |
Providing essential academic and administrative support to the operations team. |
