Students celebrated all their learning on the penultimate day of lessons in so many interesting ways! It was the perfect, sunny day for lots of excursions: Literature and Creative Writing students to go down to Grantchester, a place historically frequented by literary royalty and our Law class had an exciting trip in to London to visit the Crown Court and go on a tour of Parliament, after which they watched ‘Witness for the Prosecution’ on the West End!
In the afternoon, our supervisors held an extremely successful tote bag painting workshop, which was very popular and led to the selling out of our tote bag stocks and many artistic muscles being flexed.
Students went on a ghost tour of Cambridge in the evening, walking around various colleges: Corpus Christi, Peterhouse (the oldest and most haunted), and Trinity. They also visited The Haunted Bookstore, and had a spooky but exciting time learning about the history of the city!
