Building up from a base of core leadership principles and examples, the Reach Cambridge Online Global Leadership Course is tailored to each individual student to help them answer their own questions about leadership, plumb the depths of what leadership is, and what it can be. With classes like “What is Leadership?”, “Youth Leadership & Social Media”, and more, the Reach Global Leadership course provides both the skills and the philosophy needed to discover what your brand of leadership will be and then how to make it happen.

Students can compliment their investigation of leadership principles with a range of practical skills courses like public speaking or presentations skills—both key to creating your leadership platform and making yourself heard. Other possible skills areas include writing communication—to learn how to write letters and structure your thoughts clearly; interview skills, to help attain internships and academic placements; and more.
Like all of our Reach Cambridge Online courses, the Global Leadership course is fully customisable. Students are encouraged to think deeply about what matters to them and what change they’d like to see in the world. Whether that means talking through a key issue to better understand existing international guidelines or needing a guiding hand to help get a first online petition off the ground, Reach is here to help! Working with their tutor to develop their leadership area, students will be guided through creating a course syllabus to help realise their leadership-dreams.
Unbiased by professional commitments and the need to compromise, young leaders are today playing key roles in the face of issues like climate change, water rights, diverse representation, and so much more. What are you most passionate about? What will you speak up about? And how will you change people’s minds?
Global Leadership can be taken as a course on its own or paired with any of our other exciting subjects to bolster and complement students’ learning experiences.
